RP Construction

1. Package Pricing

The listed construction package rates are indicative and subject to confirmation by RP Construction. The applicable rate will be confirmed based on the selected package, approved specifications, built-up area, site conditions, and project scope.

2. Package Inclusions

Each construction package includes only the materials, specifications, quantities, and services expressly mentioned in its approved specification sheet.

3. Exclusions

Items identified as excluded from the selected package, including compound walls and gates, sump and septic tanks, electricity connection, building plan approval, and special elevation materials, are not included unless separately agreed in writing. Lift-related provisions and other exclusions vary by package.

4. Material Brands and Specifications

Material brands, models, sizes, and price limits are subject to the approved package specifications and written confirmation. Any requested changes or upgrades may involve additional charges.

5. Additional Work

Any work, materials, fittings, or services outside the agreed package scope will be separately quoted and undertaken subject to mutual agreement.

6. Site Conditions

Final project costs may vary depending on site conditions, soil conditions, access, design requirements, and other project-specific factors identified during assessment.

7. Design and Drawings

Design services and drawings are limited to those specified in the selected package. Additional drawings, revisions, or design services may attract extra charges if agreed upon.

8. Electrical, Plumbing and Finishing

Electrical points, plumbing provisions, flooring, painting, fittings, and finishing specifications will follow the selected package. Additional points, quantities, or upgrades are subject to separate approval and pricing.

9. Project Scope and Changes

Changes to the approved design, specifications, quantities, or scope of work must be mutually agreed upon in writing. Such changes may affect the total project cost and schedule.

10. Project Timeline

The construction schedule, commencement date, and completion timeline will be confirmed separately based on project requirements, site readiness, approvals, and agreed terms.

11. Payments

Payment amounts, instalments, due dates, and other payment conditions will be specified in the mutually agreed quotation or construction agreement.

12. Approvals and Utilities

Building plan approval, electricity connection, and other excluded approvals or utility services remain outside the package unless expressly included in the written agreement.

13. Quotation Validity

The validity period of the quotation and any applicable price revisions will be communicated by RP Construction in the quotation.

14. Final Agreement

The final construction scope, package rate, specifications, exclusions, payment terms, and project schedule will be governed by the written agreement accepted by both parties.

15. Enquiries and Estimates

Submitting an enquiry through the website, calling, or contacting RP Construction does not constitute a confirmed construction order or guarantee of a final project price.
